About Miya Alise

Hi! I’m Miya Alise, founder of GLIMMER. by Alise, content creator, recording artist, speaker, and most importantly, a woman who has healed through Christ. The version of me you see today was shaped in the fire.

In 2019, I had just left an emotionally and verbally abusive relationship. I felt like I had lost myself; my voice, my confidence, my light. That season was heavy, but it also marked the beginning of something new. Instead of staying stuck (which is very easy to do — and in many seasons, I was), I realized I had two choices: fold under the pressure or become the diamond God always knew me to be.

At that realization, I started creating: first lip gloss, then ideas, then a community. GLIMMER. started as something to lift myself back up, but God quickly showed me it wasn’t just for me. It was for every woman who had ever questioned her worth. Since then, I’ve grown not just a beauty brand, but a platform rooted in faith, healing, confidence, and purpose. Whether I’m recording music, mentoring young women, or packaging orders, my mission is the same: to empower girlies on their journey to confidence through beauty, sisterhood, and Christ.

I care deeply about helping women feel beautiful, both inside and out. I also care about being honest, sharing my story, and showing what it looks like to heal and still build something meaningful.  If you’ve ever felt unseen, unworthy, or unsure of your place, just know: I’ve been there. And you’re not alone.
